PT Mobelindo Karya Nusantara (“Mobelindo”, “we”, “us”) makes teak and rattan furniture in Jepara, Indonesia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit https://mobelindo.com (the “Site”) or send us an inquiry, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It was prepared with reference to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

2. Data we collect

a. Information you send through our inquiry forms

• Your name, and your company or hotel name
• Your country
• Your email address and/or WhatsApp or phone number
• The project type, material or product you ask about
• Your message
• On the contact page: an optional file (max. 5 MB) or a link to your files
• The page the form was sent from

Please do not include sensitive personal data, or other people’s personal data, in your message or files.

b. Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser, device and connection data, processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver the Site and to protect it and our forms against spam and abuse.
• Site usage data (pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate city or country, device type) through Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Aggregated, cookieless visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

c. When you contact us directly

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you share, such as your name, number, email address and message.

d. Catalogue & Pricelist

Access to our members-only Catalogue & Pricelist is arranged on request, by WhatsApp or email. If we introduce online member accounts, we will update this policy first.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to newsletters or marketing mailings without your separate consent.

4. Service providers

We use the following providers, which process data on our behalf only as far as needed:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery, security, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), rate limiting and cookieless Web Analytics. Processes IP addresses and technical data.
• Resend: email delivery service that forwards your form submission (including any attachment) to our sales inbox, [email protected].
• Zoho Mail: our company email provider, where inquiry emails are received and stored.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): website analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. Those conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by an order of a competent authority.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Indonesia, depending on their infrastructure. We use established providers that publish their own data protection commitments. By sending us an inquiry, you understand that your data may be transferred in this way.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

• Security cookies (Cloudflare): may be set to protect the Site and our forms against bots. They are needed to protect the Site and our forms, and cannot be switched off on the Site.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, e.g. _ga, _ga_*): set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Before that, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
• Your cookie choice: we save your choice (Accept or Decline) in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again on every page. It is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you decline, Google Analytics is switched off and its cookies are removed from this site. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. How long we keep data

• Inquiries (form content and attachments): as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by law.
• Customer and order records: as long as needed for the contract and as required by applicable law (for example tax and accounting).
• Google Analytics data: according to the data retention setting of our Google Analytics property.
• Cloudflare security logs: according to Cloudflare’s own policies.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

1. tell you how we process your personal data;
2. give you access to, or a copy of, your personal data;
3. correct or update inaccurate data;
4. delete your personal data;
5. withdraw a consent you gave;
6. object to, or restrict, certain processing.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Personal data request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before, but we may then be unable to continue handling your inquiry. You may also file a complaint in line with applicable regulations.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), bot protection, rate limiting, file type and size checks on uploads, and access to the receiving mailbox limited to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if an incident occurs.

10. Children

The Site is intended for businesses (B2B) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
