What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is one 20ft full container load (FCL) per order, with a minimum of 10 pcs per item.
What is the production lead time?
The production lead time is 60 days per container.
Can I mix different items in one container?
Yes. You can combine different items in one 20ft container, as long as each item is at least 10 pcs.
Can I order samples?
Yes, samples are available. Contact us with the items you are interested in and we will share the details.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, factory visits are by appointment. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange a visit.
How do I start an order?
Send us the pieces, materials and quantities you need by WhatsApp, by email or through our inquiry form. We aim to reply as soon as possible, within one working day (GMT+7, Indonesia).
Payment & shipping
Payment terms, delivery terms and our port of departure.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment is by T/T: a 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% before shipment or against the B/L.
Which delivery terms do you offer?
We ship FOB or ExW.
Which port do you ship from?
We ship from Tanjung Mas port in Semarang, Central Java, the nearest port to our factory in Jepara.
Materials & custom work
What we make, and how we work to your designs.
Which materials do you work with?
We make furniture in teak, natural rattan, synthetic rattan, rope and papercord. For woven pieces we can also weave with kubu and water hyacinth.
Can you make custom sizes or my own design?
Yes, we accept custom designs. We produce to your drawings, samples and specifications, and offer OEM production, design service and buyer labels.
Is your teak kiln dried?
Yes. Our teak is kiln dried before it is worked, so the furniture stays stable in the climate it is shipped to. Read our article on kiln drying.
What is your natural rattan furniture made of?
Most pieces combine a teak frame with natural rattan, woven by hand. We can also weave with kubu and water hyacinth.
