Our weavers work synthetic rattan and rope by hand, on frames shaped and joined by our craftsmen in Pecangaan, Jepara. Our synthetic rattan comes in various types, including some that look like natural rattan, woven on teak or aluminium frames for terraces, gardens and pool areas. Papercord pieces are for indoor use only. Our 7 production lines serve buyers in America, the Middle East and Australia.

Do you make synthetic rattan furniture?
Yes. We make synthetic rattan furniture in our own workshop in Pecangaan, Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. Our weavers work the synthetic rattan by hand on teak or aluminium frames, and our synthetic rattan comes in various types, including some that look like natural rattan. Send us your design or reference and we will tell you what we can make.
Which weaving materials do you work with, and which suit outdoor use?
We work with synthetic rattan, rope and papercord, as well as natural rattan, kubu and water hyacinth. For outdoor furniture we recommend synthetic rattan or rope; papercord should be used indoors only. Outdoor pieces can also combine teak with alloy casting, aluminium pipe, stainless steel or teak branch. Tell us where the furniture will be used and we will suggest the right weave.
What frames do you use for woven furniture?
We offer both teak and aluminium frames. Teak frames are kiln dried before they are worked, then shaped and joined by our craftsmen; the pieces in our current collection are built on teak. For outdoor designs, teak can also be combined with alloy casting, aluminium pipe, stainless steel or teak branch. Tell us how and where the furniture will be used and we will advise.
Can you make custom sizes or my own design?
Yes, we accept custom designs. We produce to your drawings, samples and specifications, and offer OEM production, design service and buyer labels, so the furniture can carry your own brand. Pieces in our collection can also be made in your sizes and finished to the colour and sample you approve.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is one 20ft full container load (FCL) per order, with a minimum of 10 pcs per item. You can mix woven, teak and natural rattan items in the same container. Production lead time is 60 days per container, and samples are available before you place a full order.
Which delivery and payment terms do you accept?
We ship synthetic rattan and rope furniture FOB or ExW from Tanjung Mas port in Semarang, close to our workshop in Jepara. Payment is by T/T: a 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% before shipment or against the B/L. Tell us the items, frame type and quantities by WhatsApp, email or our form, and we reply within one working day (GMT+7).

Synthetic rattan, often called synthetic wicker, gives furniture a woven rattan look. In our Jepara workshop our weavers work synthetic rattan and rope by hand, on frames shaped and joined by our craftsmen. Our synthetic rattan comes in various types, including some that look like natural rattan, and we weave it on teak or aluminium frames. That is the same workshop where we make our teak and natural rattan furniture, so one supplier can cover woven, wood and rattan pieces for the same project.

Our woven furniture is made to project specifications for lobbies, rooms, restaurants and outdoor areas, built to perform daily. Outdoor pieces combine teak with alloy casting, aluminium pipe, stainless steel, teak branch, rope or synthetic rattan, for terraces, gardens and pool areas. Rope, papercord or natural rattan?
For outdoor areas, choose synthetic rattan or rope. Rope furniture suits loungers, bar chairs and stools, as on Clarkson, Jas and Reedy. Papercord is for indoor use only and gives a fine weave on lounge and dining chairs such as Lum and Bond. For a natural cane look in interiors, see our natural rattan furniture; for solid wood, our teak furniture. If you are not sure which weave fits, tell us where the furniture will be used and we will advise.
Made to your design
We accept custom designs and produce to your drawings, samples and specifications, with OEM production, design service and buyer labels. For teak frames, our most popular finish is a fine-sanded finish. Our minimum order is one 20ft container with at least 10 pieces per item, mixed items welcome, and production takes 60 days per container.
