A Teak Furniture Factory in Jepara, Indonesia
Every Mobelindo teak piece is made in our own factory in Pecangaan, Jepara, Central Java. Our craftsmen work across 7 production lines, turning kiln-dried teak into finished furniture for buyers in America, the Middle East and Australia. Your order is handled by our backoffice in Semarang, close to Tanjung Mas port, so the container ships from the nearest port.

Where is your teak furniture made?
Our teak furniture is made in our own workshop in Pecangaan, Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia, where we run 7 production lines. Our backoffice is in Semarang, close to Tanjung Mas port, the nearest port to the factory and the port our containers are shipped from. Factory visits in Jepara are welcome by appointment.
Is your teak kiln dried?
Yes. Our teak is kiln dried before it is worked, so the furniture stays stable in the climate it is shipped to. Kiln drying is the second step of every order in our Jepara workshop, after material selection and before joinery and hand finishing. You can read more in our article on kiln drying.
Can you make custom sizes or my own design?
Yes, we accept custom designs. We produce to your drawings, samples and specifications, and offer OEM production, design service and buyer labels, so the furniture can carry your own brand. Most pieces in our teak collection can also be made in your sizes and finished to the colour and sample you approve; our most popular finish is fine sanding.
What is the minimum order quantity for teak furniture?
Our minimum order is one 20ft full container load (FCL) per order, with a minimum of 10 pcs per item. You can mix different items in the same container, which suits importers who want to test several designs and hotels that need chairs, tables and storage in one shipment. Samples are available.
What is the production lead time?
The production lead time is 60 days per container. That covers material selection, kiln drying, joinery, hand finishing, quality checks and export packing in our Jepara workshop. Shipping time from Tanjung Mas port in Semarang to your destination port comes on top of this and depends on where the container is going.
Which delivery and payment terms do you accept?
We ship FOB or ExW, with Tanjung Mas port in Semarang as the nearest port to our factory in Jepara. Payment is by T/T: a 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% before shipment or against the B/L. Send us the pieces and quantities you need by WhatsApp, email or our form, and we reply within one working day (GMT+7).
